Visa and resettlement applicants had no visibility into where their paperwork stood, leading to a high volume of status-check calls and anxious follow-up emails for the Rahber Global team.
Technical Architecture & Solution
We designed a five-step 'How It Works' journey, from document submission through embassy appointment to delivery, backed by a secure applicant portal with SMS and WhatsApp alerts, plus a suite of value-added services like form-filling assistance and priority handling.
The Outcome
Applicants can now track exactly where their case stands without calling in, while the Rahber team upsells premium services (lounge access, expedited processing) directly from the same dashboard.
