A high-net-worth community needed a premium, exclusive experience spanning a public-facing marketing site, a member portal, and private messaging, without stitching together disconnected off-the-shelf tools.
The Approach
This was a multi-service engagement: a custom HubSpot theme and bespoke modules for the marketing site and member portal, a Flutter mobile app forked from the open-source FluffyChat client for private messaging, Matrix Synapse running underneath as the communication server, and GCP Cloud Functions to automate backend workflows.
The Outcome
Members gained a single, cohesive experience across web and mobile for private chats, event calendars, and a media library for exclusive 'METAL talks' content.
