The Business Problem

Dispatchers, drivers, and operations teams needed stronger visibility and coordination across day-to-day logistics workflows. Disconnected communication led to delays and poor route tracking.

Technical Architecture & Solution

We built a shared operational system with real-time updates and role-specific workflows. It features a real-time logistics dashboard and synchronized driver app for automated geo-location and job status updates.

The Outcome

Gave dispatchers and drivers a shared, real-time view of every job, replacing manual check-ins with automated status updates, expected to meaningfully improve delivery time predictability as the platform rolls out across the fleet.
