Restaurants in high-traffic urban districts like Medellín struggled with manual, error-prone booking systems, leading to overbooking and lost customer loyalty.

Technical Architecture & Solution

We developed a dual-integrated ecosystem: a powerful web-based dashboard for restaurant operations and a sleek mobile app for diners to discover and book tables instantly. Features include real-time table management, automated diner notifications, and an integrated CRM.

The Outcome

Delivered a complete, production-ready dual-platform system: a restaurant-facing dashboard and a diner-facing booking app with real-time table management and automated notifications. The product is not currently active with live customers.
